David and I will be going to one of our local elementary schools to have Ryan's 1st ARD meeting with the people that evaluated him. The informal meeting will be March 29th and a formal meeting on April 5th.
I am nervous and excited. If Ryan has enough issues/delay, he will go to a preschool for children with special needs. If Ryan doesn't have enough issues.delay, he will start Pre-K in August. Either way, Ryan will be going to school in 5 months or so.
When your baby is born, you make sure they have 10 toes and 10 fingers and all the right body parts in the right places. But what about the parts you can't see, the invisible pieces. Those become more visible as the child grows up. This blog is about my two sons' invisible pieces and how we are dealing with them as a family. I hope you follow along in the discovery of Our Invisible Pieces.
